Take ownership

• Help us streamline the data in our talent system by identifying and solving overlapping or outdated categories or tags.

• Contribute to our talent acquisition KPI tracking dashboards.

• Support the daily TA activities by assisting with planning tasks and candidate communication.

Requirements

• You are curious about interpreting raw data into business insights.

• You enjoy analyzing data and can create dashboards tailored to specific requests.

• You catch details that others might miss and you are well versed in Excel.

• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
